Information this website handles

This is a static website with no account system or contact form. We do not use audience analytics, advertising, marketing pixels or preference storage. Fonts and product images are served from jjbrosstudio.com. Ordinary page loads do not set cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies if it needs to verify a request or present a managed challenge.

Cloudflare hosts, caches and protects this website. It receives technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, response status and security events. Supported browsers may also send Cloudflare network-error reports.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to attach. Google Workspace processes studio email. We use messages to answer enquiries, provide support, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

Why we use information

Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate a secure website and respond to enquiries, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, performance of a contract where relevant, and legal obligations.

Sharing, retention and international processing

Information is shared only when needed with Cloudflare to host and protect the website, Google Workspace to deliver email, professional advisers, or where the law requires it. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their published safeguards.

Cloudflare Workers invocation logging is enabled for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for up to seven days. Other security records are kept according to Cloudflare's applicable service settings. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any reasonable follow-up, or longer where required for security, legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Email contact@jjbrosstudio.com to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and locate it.

We will update this notice when the website or its data practices change and will keep the revision date above current.
